X-Nut

An excellent way to hold your CO₂ Cartridges and XLAB NANOFLATOR or SPEED CHUCK. Attaches to the rear of the XLAB CARBON WING and SUPER WING systems.

Makes inflating tires a snap during training rides or out on the race course.

Note: The X-NUT is not compatible with Turbo Wing or Sonic Wing systems.

IMPORTANT: Please completely understand all user instructions and safety information before using this product.

Use an accurate torque wrench set at 30 in. lb of torque for all fasteners. Over tightening may damage the CARBON WING or SUPER WING and void the warranty.
As with any high-tech product you need to routinely check for loose hardware, cracks or other damage and replace items as necessary. Do not use product if any of these conditions are found.

ATTACHING X-NUT

The X-Nut mounts on the central hole on the back of the hydration wings. Using a 4 mm Allen hex wrench, insert wrench through the center of the threaded boss of the X-Nut.
b. For the CARBON WING, do NOT use the star washer. Push the threaded portion of the internal socket head bolt through the open end. Insert the bolt through the center hole in the back of the CARBON WING and attach the Nylok nut. Use an accurate torque wrench set up to 30 in. lb to tighten.
For the SUPER WING, push the portion of the internal socket head bolt through the open end, and place the included star washer over the bolt threads. Insert the bolt through the center hole in the back of the SUPER WING and attach the Nylok nut. Use anaccurate torque wrench set to 30 in. lb to tighten.
