Our patented AERO POUCH 300 is an ingenious solution for rear gear storage. Not only does it give you quick, easy access to all your repair gear, it also improves the already stellar aerodynamics of our DELTA 4XX series carriers. The first step in the design process was making a quality rear bag. Room for your essential gear. We designed the AERO POUCH 300 with a single, robust zipper to ensure quick access in any type of weather. Opening the zipper reveals a surprisingly large storage pocket…large enough to store the same amount of gear as our MINI BAG, a full clincher repair kit. Durability. Constructed from abrasion resistant, woven nylon. Grommeted mounting points and reinforced stitching are added to aid longevity. Finally, we added thoughtful touches like Velcro zipper pull and riveted bottle guides to ensure ease of use.

	Traditional rear mounted bags can add additional drag to the rider and slow them down. Not the AERO POUCH 300! We designed it to work both with the rider and our DELTA 4XX systems to make you faster. How did we do it? The Shape. Our AERO POUCH 300 uses a 3 to 1 airfoil shape to combat drag. When combined with our DELTA 4XX series carriers, the system provides 34 g of drag reduction, saving 64 seconds over a full distance race! Want to learn more? Visit our AERODYNAMICS page. The Material. We use a low friction, woven nylon material that moves through the air with minimal drag. The Position. The AERO POUCH 300 is positioned at the rear of the bike to help re-align the air flow smoothly from around the rider.

The AERO POUCH 300 is the perfect complement to our DELTA 4XX series rear-hydration systems. Secure fit. The AERO POUCH 300 fits snugly around the recommended GORILLA Cage for a secure, worry-free fit. Seamless Integration. The AERO POUCH 300 is designed to fit our DELTA 4XX series carriers and ensures error-free compatibility. The AERO POUCH 300 must be used on metal-based carriers due to the added weight at the back.

This product is only compatible with XLAB single rear carriers with a metal mount. Do not use on DELTA 100, 200 or 225, this may cause damage to the mount and void your warranty. This product is also not compatible with the XLAB MULTI-STRIKE REPAIR HOLDER.

AERO POUCH 300 Tips:

Easy Bottle Removal – Twist the bottle as you pull it from the cage. Pulling the bottle straight out or to the side will increase the force needed. Adjust the angle of your carrier for easiest bottle withdrawal.

Tight Bottle Grip? – To loosen the bottle grip, leave a full bottle in the cage overnight. Do not overstuff the bag – this can force the bag in the way of the bottle and make it difficult to fit. DO NOT use oversize bottles larger than 75 mm in diameter
