Follow these 4 simple steps to become an XLAB Dealer today!
Step 1 Complete the 4 items below
1. Blanket Certificate of Resale (Download and complete)
2. Seller’s Permit or Business License (Collect a photo or E-Copy)
3. Submit Both Documents (Click here to submit)
4. Complete Dealer Questionnaire – (Link will be provided after submission of documents)
Step 2 Once we receive the items above, our sales department will be in contact to review your application.
Step 3 Once the application is approved, our sales department will set up your account and work with you to build a starting order that will reflect the needs of your business.
Step 4 Approve your starting order via email or phone.

We accept applicants from the United States and Canada. If you are located outside of the US or Canada, please visit our International Distributor page to find a distributor in your country who would be more than happy to assist you in stocking XLAB. No Distributor in your country? Please contact us and we would be happy to assist you further.
Whether you own a small “Mom-and-Pop” shop in Boise, the largest chain of bike stores in the Mid-Atlantic, or an Online web-shop in Houston you are eligible to be an XLAB dealer.
We have several dealer tiers depending on your initial order. Once you reach a certain level (could even be with your initial order) you will become eligible to be listed. This way consumers can feel confident they will find a great selection of XLAB products at your store. Our sales department will fill you in on the details after your account is created.
In most cases, we should be able to approve applications submitted before 10 am, the same day they are received. But, as you can imagine, things can get pretty busy, plus we like to ride our bikes on the weekends. Please allow us 1 to 3 business days to process your application, after which we will be in touch directly.
