WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty limitations & Crash Replacement
All XLAB products are guaranteed by XLAB against defects in materials and workmanship. XLAB’s warranty’s are valid only for the original purchaser and are not transferable to subsequent owners. XLAB’s sole obligation under this warranty is to repair said defect with new components, or replace the product, at XLAB’s discretion. If a product falls under warranty and is a discontinued item, XLAB reserves the right to repair or replace units with like replacements which may have graphics and/or finishing that differs from the original part.

- Carbon Carriers – Limited Lifetime
- Carbon Cages – Limited Lifetime
- Alloy Carriers – 3 Years Limited
- Nylon Composite Carriers – 3 Years Limited
- Nylon Composite Cages – 3 Years Limited
- Bags – 3 Years Limited
- Bottles – 3 Years Limited
- Other Accessories – 6 months unless otherwise specified
Warranty Limitations
- This warranty will not be valid for XLAB products that have been damaged or failed as the result of misuse, abuse, improper installation or repair, user modification, crashing, poor maintenance or not using the product for the original stated or intended use of the product.
- Damage occurring during shipment of XLAB products must be presented directly to the shipper and is not covered by this warranty.
- Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, aesthetics, or appearance of XLAB products that are the result of normal use and wear are not covered by this warranty.
- This warranty excludes all consequential losses.
- The labor costs associated with the removal and/or reinstallation of warranted XLAB products are the user’s responsibility and are not covered by this warranty. XLAB recommends following instructions available online when self-performing the re-install, or use a certified mechanic.
- Shipping charges incurred as a result of returning a warranted XLAB product back to XLAB are the end-user’s responsibility and are not covered by this warranty.
Warranty Procedure
- Warranty claims should be processed by the original retailer. Return your defective XLAB product to the retail store where it was purchased, along with a copy of the original receipt.
- If it is not possible to return the defective product to the store and you are outside the United States, please reach out to your regional distributor for assistance.
- If it is not possible to return the defective product to the store and you are in North America, please fill out our Warranty form.
Please note that all warranty requests must include: the physical product or pictures of the item, explanation of how the damage occurred, and any other helpful information that would assist in the retailer’s or XLAB’s inspection. Missing information could cause a delay in processing your claim.
Crash Replacement & Procedure
- At XLAB we understand that accidents can happen. For items that are involved in a crash, and not covered by this warranty, we have a conditional crash replacement policy. Under this policy, damaged items will be replaced at a discount below suggested retail price, regardless of what caused the damage.
To begin a Crash Replacement claim, return the damaged product to the retail store where it was purchased, along with a copy of the original receipt. If you are unable to return the item to the original retail store, please reach out to XLAB directly for assistance.
