TURBO WING SYSTEM – GORILLA. Boasting two of our world famous carbon GORILLA Cages with 10 pounds of bottle grip, this is the ultimate combination of tenacious grip, easy access and style.

Versatility, Adjustability, Compatibility The TURBO WING is designed to fit the widest assortment of saddles of any of our dual rear-hydration systems, making installation a breeze! Position: The mounting chassis has 3 positions – high, medium. and low – to allow you to adjust the system position on to fit the majority of saddles on the market Rotational: Each bottle has 5 rotational positions to make removing and inserting the bottle a breeze. Vertical: The cage mount offers 10 mm of vertical adjustment to raise or lower the cage’s position relative to the saddle.

	Improved Aerodynamics The TURBO WING is designed to be positioned in the aerodynamic “sweet-spot” directly behind the rider, minimizing drag and maximizing time gains. Depending on rider speed, our THE TURBO WING can save you between 120 and 195 seconds over the course of a full distance triathlon. Eliminates the need for a frame bottles. Superior Strength The TURBO WING is designed with durability and strength in mind. We use design features such as: High strength 6061-T6 aircraft aluminum for best-in-class strength to weight ratio. Engineered “dimple” cut-outs into the chassis to remove weight while increasing strength and rigidity. Corrosion resistant mounting hardware to combat the elements.

	Easy Storage Upgrades Available The TURBO WING comes with straps that can use used to secure additional storage gear such as our MINI BAG or MEZZO BAG. Our SONIC NUT can be inserted in-between the chassis plates to add CO₂ Cartridge and CO₂ inflators such as our NANOFLATOR or SPEED CHUCK.

When a rider drafts behind another rider, the rider behind has a reduction in power required due to having less drag as they are riding in the low pressure wake of the rider in front. This can be as high as a 29% reduction. The other result is that the rider in front also goes faster as the air sees the two riders as virtually connected and the airstream jumps the gap between the riders, causing a lower drag on the front rider.
So the idea is to place the rear bottle in the draft of the rider, in other words in the low pressure area usually in the location of the back of the seat/seatpost. One is trying to basically fill in the low pressure void behind the rider. This has been validated in Tunnels all over the world for years but recently reaffirmed with Velodrome testing using the Alphamantis technology with world champions who are able to hold constant aero positions and power outputs.
